The findings, which will be published in October, will cover everything from pay and benefits to working environment and diversity and will, we hope, showcase what a great industry property is... but you’ve got to be in it to win it.
To be eligible for consideration, companies must:
Organisations with 15-24 employees must have an 80% or better response rate on the employee survey. Temporary or seasonal workers, contractors, consultants, interns and volunteers are not counted as employees or included in the survey. To ensure the survey covers as many different types of organisation as possible, companies with wider functions may enter, but only for the part of the business that works directly in or with the property industry. For instance, a bank can enter on behalf of its real estate finance division.
Registration deadline. Confirmation of registration will be emailed to the primary contact within 24 hours.
A link for the email upload portal will be sent to the primary contact so they can submit employee contact details.
Deadline to submit company list of employee email addresses. A link to the employer questionnaire will also be emailed to the primary contact.
