Ernst & Young has announced the appointment of three new tax partners, Richard White, Nicola Westbrooke and Richard Ross, to its real estate, hospitality and construction (RHC) team.
All three of the new partners were previously responsible for the real estate tax practice at KPMG and have been instrumental in many major real estate transactions over the last two decades in both the UK and international markets.They have advised REITs, fund entities and institutional and sovereign investors.
At EY, they will advise across the entire spectrum of the real estate sector, supporting real estate owners in the creation and management of private and public property vehicles and in real estate transactions on an international basis.
