Shares in Telford Homes fell 2.04% on Wednesday, following the housebuilder’s annual results.
The PRS-focused housebuilder reported a record revenue, up 19% to £291.9m in the year ending March, from £245.6m in 2016.
Shares in LondonMetric were up 1.05% after the group reported strong income growth in its full year results, which showed the company’s weighting to logistics reaching 64%.
Segro’s shares were up 1.1% after the FTSE Russell confirmed today the firm would join the FTSE 100 index. Retail giant Intu Properties was up 0.73, despite being relegated to the FTSE 250 index.
The pound jumped above $1.29 after a new poll showed Conservatives extending a lead over Labour.
