Celebrating the very best in property management at the second Property Week Management All-Stars awards.
The property management industry’s leading lights had their chance to shine at the Property Week Management All-Stars last week.
The awards, which are now in their second year, celebrate excellence across all areas of property management.
Kicking off the event at London’s Grosvenor House, Property Week’s associate editor (news) Guy Montague-Jones said the awards were hotly contested this year.
“It was striking when reading through the judges’ comments just how complimentary they were about the entries,” he said.
The awards were hosted by comedian Mark Dolan, who entertained the crowd with tales of fatherhood and his struggles to get a girlfriend at university, before handing out the awards.
Winners included Mainstay Group, which was crowned Residential Block Property Manager of the Year; LIV Group, which picked up the award for Build to Rent/PRS Operator of the Year; and M J Mapp, which won the prize for Commercial Property Manager of the Year.
To cap a great night, the awards, which were sponsored by Harris Associates, M J Mapp, Abbatt Property Services, Ashdown Phillips, Earl Kendrick, Locale, Proact and Qube, raised more than £1,800 for the charity CRASH.
