Jean-Marc Vandevivere and Lynda Shillaw have joined the board of Hampshire housing association Vivid Homes.
Vandevivere is chief executive of build-to-rent developer Platform and has 20 years’ experience in the property, retail and consumer goods industries. He previously worked at British Land.
Shillaw is chief executive of property at Manchester Airport Group. She has worked in real estate for more than 20 years and has held roles in the property lending business at Lloyds and SWIP’s real estate fund management business.
Vandevivere said: “I’m delighted to be joining Vivid at a critical time for the provision of affordable housing in this country.
“I look forward to helping shape the business’s direction, leveraging my experience in the residential build to rent market, as well as working with a talented team committed to growing the organisation and delivering much needed affordable homes.”
Shillaw added: “I’m looking forward to supporting the delivery of strategies at Hampshire’s largest housing association. It’s also great to be part of a sector that’s at the centre of so much of government policy and crucially important to the long-term growth of the UK.”
