CBRE secures new French MD from C&W

CBRE has appointed the former president of Cushman & Wakefield France to head their trading activities in France.

Olivier Gérard is joining CBRE France from 3 July to lead the firm’s agency and investment teams and contribute to the firm’s overall development strategy in the region.

Gérard had been president of Cushman & Wakefield France since 2009, and has 30 years of experience in corporate real estate. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2005 as head of the investment, after 16 years at JLL , at the agency office then with the responsibility of sales to users and finally investment.
