Industrial developer Chancerygate has appointed Carigiet Cowen to bring to market two high-profile development sites close to J44 of the M6 at Carlisle.
The sites are part of the Kingstown Industrial Estate and Parkhouse Business Park which Chancerygate asset manages for Carlisle City Council. The estates encompass more than 200 acres and are home to more than 140 national and international businesses.
The two sites being made available for development are 2.8 acres at Gateway 44 and the 2.82 acre site 1 at Chandler Way djacent to Carlisle’s main Asda supermarket which could accommodate a single industrial or warehouse building of up to 60,000 sq ft.
Expressions of interest are being sought for bespoke design & build opportunities which Chancerygate will build-out and then lease to occupiers.
