Chancerygate poaches asset manager from M7

Developer Chancerygate has appointed Victoria Mann to the role of asset manager.

She was previously an asset manager at M7 Real Estate where she managed a mandate of 100 commercial assets which encompassed 4m sq ft of space and a rent roll of £12m. Prior to that, she had been a regional director for the Yorkshire & Humber region at Hansteen Holdings.

Chancerygate’s head of asset management Rory Finnan said: “Active asset management is a core activity for Chancerygate and Victoria brings extensive knowledge and expertise which will strengthen the capability of our team as we manage our own assets and those of our investment partners and also seek further third-party mandates”.

She will work across Chancerygate six asset management portfolios which incorporate the 200-acre Kingstown and Parkwood Industrial Estates in Carlisle and Beeston Business Park, a 250,000 sq ft estate in Nottingham owned by a joint venture of Chancerygate and Bridges Fund Management.
