Debenhams has signed a deal with British Land to prelet a further 29,500 sq ft of office space at the developer’s Regent’s Place scheme.

The agreement, for a 25 year term without breaks, will take the retailer’s prelet to 174,500 sq ft of space at 10 Brock Street, NW1.

In September 2011, Debenhams decided to relocate its headquarters to Regent’s Place, consolidating their offices in London to a single site.

The development started on site in 2010 and is due to complete in 12 months.

Tim Roberts, head of offices at British Land said, ” The confidence of major corporates such as Debenhams to select Regent’s Place as the location for their headquarters is further evidence of the strength of the estate’s appeal, services and amenities and of the increasing demand from occupiers for high quality office space.”
