A trio of directors from the Liverpool office of LSH have joined rival property consultant Eddisons.
David Baker, who headed both the LSH Liverpool office and its valuations team, has jumped ship along with fellow valuations director Steven Grindley, and agency director Robert Diggle.
All three were directors at ES Group in Liverpool prior to its takeover by LSH in 2015.
The appointments come two months after ex-JLL head Mark Stupples was announced as Eddisons’ new non-executive board member.
Baker has more than 25 years’ experience in the north west, providing valuation and strategic advice to banks, property companies and others.
Grindley has worked in property for more than 35 years and is a specialist in the education and charity sectors, while Diggle has more than 20 years’ experience in the industry.
Anthony Spencer, head of banking and valuations at Eddisons, said: “They bring a wealth of expertise to our valuations and agency teams at a time when we are extending our reach across the UK.”
Eddisons bought auctioneer Pugh & Co last year. In 2015, the firm acquired property and business valuation practice Taylors.
