EE’s Doyle dials in at CBRE

Mobile phone network EE’s director of retail Sian Doyle has joined CBRE, as head of UK business development within its retail advisory and transaction business.

Doyle has worked in retail and telecommunications for 25 years, and at EE was responsible for leading and developing a retail team of over 3500 employees across 583 stores in the UK.

She will be now responsible for developing CBRE’s property outsourcing offer for clients across the retail sector.

Doyle previously spent six years in North America as senior vice president of retail for Comcast, the American global telecommunications company. Prior to that she was vice president of retail at Canadian telecommunications and media company Rogers Communications.

Rhodri Davies, head of UK retail at CBRE, said: “Technological advances are driving an ever increasing omni-channel environment which brings unique challenges but also opportunities for our clients. Sian’s impressive track record in leading transformative retail strategies for major corporates will significantly enhance the way we deliver our broad range of services and signals our commitment to continually achieve the best outcomes for our clients.”

Doyle added: “I am delighted to be joining CBRE and the role is a great opportunity to further develop the retail advisory and transaction services we offer clients.  I look forward to the opportunities ahead and building upon the strengths and successes of the retail business.”
