Former DeVono director Adam Landau has founded his own agency, which will offer commercial property advice to tenants as well as strategic advice to help them grow their businesses.
Landau (pictured), who left DeVono after 12 years in 2016, said his new agency One One One would offer “an array of business accelerator platforms” as well as tenant-exclusive commercial property representation.
“It’s no longer enough to simply advise companies on their commercial real estate needs and never progress relationships on a more strategic and consistent level,” said Landau.
“Our vision is to provide our clients with access to proven acceleration techniques, in turn making us essential in providing additional success to businesses nationwide.”
One One One, which is currently recruiting across all areas of its business, is based in Fitzrovia, London.
Its chairman is former PwC partner Steve Pack and non-executive directors include Stephen Joseph, chief operating officer of media company Ocean Outdoor.
Landau said the team had “been carefully selected as they provide invaluable cross-sector knowledge that will be essential to our growth but equally as important to every business we advise”.
