Greystar acquires £101m Nine Elms sites

The Battersea gasholders will be demolished as part of the regeneration of the site in Nine Elms

US residential developer Greystar has bought two plots covering 2.67 acres in Nine Elms from Royal Mail, and announced plans for a 894-apartment scheme in partnership with Telford Homes.
