Hanover merger sees Beauchamp Estates expand London footprint

Beauchamp Estates has merged with boutique firm Hanover in a deal which sees the ultra-prime agency expand to four London offices.

Hanover’s West End office will become Beauchamp Estates Marylebone. Hanover directors Alex Bourne and Richard Douglas will remain as directors in the new business.

The merged business will handle instructions priced from £500,000 to £200m and will have 23 London-based staff.

Beauchamp Estates was launched 40 years ago by Gary Hersham, and has grown to become one of the leading luxury property agencies in London.

The firm now has seven offices in Europe including four in London and outposts in Cannes, Florence and Mykonos.

Hersham said: “We are delighted to have been able to merge with Hanover West End. We believe that Alex and Richard are strong and professional and we are proud to have them as part of the Beauchamp Estates group.”

Bourne added: “We are very proud of what we have achieved to date with the business: achieving record prices in prime central London and creating a dynamic team of focused property professionals, who will be moving with us to become part of Beauchamp Estates.”

The new senior management team comprises managing director Gary Hersham, director Olga Hersham, and Alex Bourne and Richard Douglas, directors of Beauchamp Estates Marylebone.
