Milton Keynes is the retail location with the greatest mass-market potential in the UK, according to this year’s Hot 100 retail ranking.

The ranking, which has been compiled exclusively for Property Week by location experts CACI, differs from last year’s in that it provides a rundown of the top 100 towns and cities that have the greatest capacity to support more mass-market retail brands rather than the locations that boast the greatest overall retail potential.

The new ranking saw Milton Keynes come out top, followed by Norwich and Leicester.
