Indigo Scott has bought a 23,000 sq ft office in Chiswick from Blackstone for more than £10m.
Devonhurst Place comprises six buildings arranged as a terrace, with 30 car parking spaces at basement level.
Colliers International advised Indigo Scott. Andrew White, a director in Colliers’ residential development team, said: “Devonhurst Place is extremely well-suited to conversion to residential use given its courtyard arrangement creating a pleasant and appealing environment alongside the building’s attractive exterior.”
