Knight Frank has appointed Jonathan Goode to its student accommodation valuations team.
Goode, who will join at partner level, has worked at DTZ for the past 30 years advising property companies and institutional investors across all sectors, including student accommodation.
He will work alongside partner Neil Armstrong valuing national portfolios, and will be based in the firm’s Baker Street office.
