Lisa Attenborough has been appointed by Knight Frank to lead a new debt advisory practice at the firm.
Attenborough joins from CBRE where she was a director working in the capital advisory and specialist market teams.
She previously spent more than 10 years working at Barclays Bank in structured property finance, debt finance and corporate healthcare.
Attenborough joins Knight Frank as head of commercial debt and will be responsible for building the agency’s strategic debt and structured finance business.
John Snow, head of UK commercial at Knight Frank, said: “Lisa will be working with both the specialist investment and finance teams to advise clients on arranging development finance, operational real estate, and brings with her access to over 150 financial lenders.”
