LSL Property Services has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Jo Green as director of PRS client services.
Green will help spearhead LSL’s PRS enterprise and be responsible for mobilising the company’s service offering and future growth strategy.
Last week LSL’s chairman Simon Embley hailed the company’s “resilient” performance in 2016 and managing director Martyn Alderton says Green’s appointment will help LSL will “become a key player in the PRS space”.
Commenting on her new role, Green said: “The importance of the private rented sector is undeniable.
“A new paradigm of customer focussed management has evolved to meet the expectations of renters and is backed by sustainable investment opportunities for institutions.
“A company with the calibre of LSL who with their pedigree of client relationships and extensive internal industry data ensures clients, whether established or new to the market, can have the confidence in all areas of delivery from conception to completion. I am excited to be part of the team and industry and help deliver LSL’s bold plans for growth.”
She was formerly head of commercial operations for a firm of property law specialists, giving her specialist expertise on bespoke PRS legal services.
