Newly-formed pan-European alternative investment management firm Tunstall Real Estate Asset Management has expanded its senior management team by appointing Nicola Burke as general counsel.
She joins Tunstall from Goodwin Procter and has over 12 years’ experience advising private equity investors, international corporates, financial institutions and investment managers. In her role at Tunstall, Burke will be responsible for all legal matters including corporate transactions, capital raising, fund structuring, joint ventures, corporate governance, debt origination as well as operational legal matters.

Burke joins fellow recent appointment of Christopher Hodson as finance director and the recent announcement of Tunstall’s first transactions including the acquisition of Pinnacle Group in a joint venture with Starwood Capital Group and the launch of its first debt fund, DPO Fund I.
