New leadership team for Cushman & Wakefield in Newcastle

Cushman & Wakefield has announced two new leadership appointments in the North East with existing partners David Wilson and Greg Davison becoming head of the Newcastle office and head of Newcastle office agency respectively.

Wilson takes over the role having led the project and building consultancy team in Newcastle for over twenty years including managing more than 60 NHS Trusts. He succeeds Tony Hordon who is joining C&W client Parabola.

Meanwhile Davison joined DTZ in Newcastle in 2002, before its merger with C&W, having spent the previous five years in the central London office agency team. He is currently a partner in Cushman & Wakefield’s capital markets team in Leeds and will return to Newcastle in an agency role, bringing a wealth of experience in agency, development and funding.

Tim Cameron-Jones, head of the North at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “I congratulate Dave and Greg on their appointments. Dave has been a long standing and integral part of our team in Newcastle, working with many of our key clients, as well as a key member of the leadership team.

“I am delighted that Greg is moving back to a team he knows very well, bringing with him valuable experience he’s gained from his time in Leeds. We hugely appreciate Tony’s contribution to the firm over many years. Whilst sorry to lose him as a colleague, we are thrilled that he is moving to a valued and progressive client. We wish him well and look forward to working with him closely in his new role at Parabola.”
