Canmoor has appointed a former Chancerygate fund manager as its head of asset management.

Mike Andrews has been hired by the firm following its acquisition of the £205m Segro North West and Midlands portfolio with Harbert.

The latest acquisition takes the Canmoor portfolio to over 9.5 million square feet of industrial and business space, managed from offices in London, Manchester and Birmingham.
