B&M Home has signed a pre-let to anchor a new retail park development in Paisley, near Glasgow.

The discount retailer has agreed to open a 25,000 sq ft store at the £8m Paisley Retail Park, which is being developed by Alaska Development Management, on behalf of its Luxembourg client. The deal is the first letting agreed for the park.

The 50,000 sq ft retail park is located on Renfrew Road on the way to Glasgow Airport, and opposite a Tesco Extra which is due to open next year. Construction on the retail park is due to complete in the autumn.

B&M will pay £10/sq ft on a new 15 year lease.

A further 25,000 sq ft is available either as a single unit or as a 10,000 sq ft and two 6,732 sq ft units.
