Meyer Bergman has completed its eighth letting at London’s Burlington Arcade to a British jewellery designer since acquiring the scheme in 2010.

Theo Fennell, which makes unique hand-crafted jewellery and silverware, has signed a 10-year lease on a 451 sq ft unit at the Arcade.

Work on the unit is underway and the store is due to open in July 2012.

Other signings since the European retail real estate investment management firm bought the scheme in 2010, include British handbag designer Lulu Guinness, and luxury shoe brand Jimmy Choo.
