Swimwear retailer Orlebar Brown has signed to open at Duke of York Square in Chelsea, while fashion retailer Joseph is extending its space.

Joseph has operated a store at Cadogan Estate’s Duke of York Square for eight years, but the brand has now acquired additional premises at 73 Duke of York Square, with the 900 sq ft store set to become the first menswear only shop at the scheme.

Swimwear brand Orlebar Brown has leased an 881 sq ft store at 74 Duke of York Square, which is located opposite the recently opened Massimo Dutti flagship store and next door to Joseph. Earlier this month, the retailer announced its second venture on Vigo Street, located off Regent Street, after debuting on Ledbury Road, Notting Hill.
