Norges Bank Real Estate management has bought a large office building in Paris for €462.2m.
The Norwegian fund acquired the building from subsidiaries of Abu Dhabi Investment Authority – Tamweelview European Holdings SA and Tamweelview Listed Securities Holdings.
The office block is located on 6-8 boulevard Haussmann and totals 24,500 sq m of space in total.
No financing will be used in the sale and the asset will be held unencumbered by debt, the fund said.
