Public Health Wales and NHS Shared Services has signed for a 28,500 sq ft lease at the Matrix Beta office building on Swansea Enterprise Park.
The letting deal means the 45,000 sq ft scheme, owned by Jarrington Estates, is now fully occupied.
Public Health Wales and NHS Shared Services will occupy the first, second and part-third floor and has signed a 12-year lease at a rent of £9.50/sq ft.
It will move from smaller premises in Swansea city centre and joins existing tenants Hewlett Packard and mail order company Toast.
Matt Phillips, head of Knight Frank’s Cardiff office, which advised the landlord, said: “The new tenants were attracted by the quality of the building and its excellent location, close to the Liberty Stadium with prompt access to the M4 and a direct route to Swansea city centre.”
