Italian chain restaurant Prezzo has taken its first new Caffe Uno unit, since it bought the brand from Paramount Restaurants in August

The 3,100 sq ft former Chicago Rock Cafe on Charter Way in Braintree, Essex has been divided into three.

Prezzo is paying close to £85,000 a year for one of the units on a 25-year lease unit. Richoux Group has taken another for a Frankie’s Easy Diner.
