Wembley Park developer Quintain has appointed Jason Margrave as its new executive director of development with a remit to look for opportunities beyond their signature site.
Margrave joins from Stanhope where he worked as development director for the past 11 years. During his time at Stanhope, he was responsible for some of firm’s largest mixed-use regeneration schemes in Croydon and Reading, and was also involved in the company’s research agenda and product design. He is also an active committee member of the British Property Federation and British Council for Offices.
At Quintain, Margrave will actively looking for new business opportunities beyond Wembley Park. He will also run the development team responsible for the continued transformation of the 85 acre Wembley Park site which is the UK’s largest build-to-rent development having already secured planning permission for 5,000 BTR homes (and 7,000 total).
He will lead on placemaking, as the company builds out 1m sq ft of Grade A office space and 250,000 sq ft of new shops and restaurants around Wembley Stadium.
