The office will be managed by George Penrice with a local partner Aaron Treliving as head of office.

It will provide arrange of property, plant and equipment services in line with the company’s current business practices.

Sanderson Weatherall already has offices in Leeds, Newcastle, Teesside, Manchester and London, the new location is part of a long term strategy for national growth for the firm which has its roots in the North of England.

The Practice is recruiting chartered surveyors and property consultants to join those staff already in place.

Andrew Ellis, Managing Partner at Sanderson Weatherall, said: “As a company we have been looking at growth strategies for some time and expanding our geographical coverage is central to this.

“This new office is a natural progression for the company.”

Ellis continues: “Our next step is to open and grow an office in Birmingham. We are similarly interested in hearing from high calibre parties with a good client following who might be interested in the benefits of working for an independent owner managed business.”
