Third Sector Property has acquired Priory Court on Farringdon Lane for £3.5m on behalf of The Physiological Society.

The organisation has purchased the freehold of the 8,100 sq ft building with vacant possession from Overcourt Ltd, and is relocating from Peer House on Verulam Street.

It plans to do a full refurbishment, advised by TSP, and will occupy the building as its head office going forwards.
