Patrizia UK has secured a 44,000 sq ft letting to medical technology company Becton Dickinson at Winnersh Triangle business park near Reading.
Becton Dickinson will occupy three floors of the speculative development at 1030 Eskdale Road from spring 2017 on a 10-year lease.
The building was completed in February and totals 61,780 sq ft over four storeys. Its construction followed Patrizia’s purchase of Winnersh Triangle with Oaktree Capital in July 2013.
Benton Dickinson’s move will consolidate the firm’s existing UK sites in Oxford and Basingstoke. Mike Fairbourn, UK general manager for the firm, said: “This is a key enabler for our growth strategy for the future.
“The new offices will be home for commercial operations for all BD businesses in the UK, as well as support functions, technical services and a new Innovation Centre to host customers.”
Strutt and Parker and Vail Williams represented PATRIZIA. JLL acted for Becton Dickinson.
