As many may have noticed during the past month, a fuzzy phenomenon has been sweeping through property.
At the start of this Movember season, eight firms - BNP Paribas Real Estate, CBRE, GVA, Cushman & Wakefield, Gerald Eve, JLL, Knight Frank and Strutt & Parker - laid down a challenge to all Mo Bros (and Mo Sistas) to show off the sector’s wickedest whiskers on #propmo.
Now our Metropolis judging panel has declared that the moustache master for 2016 is JLL chartered surveyor David Pratt for his heroic handlebar effort.

The also succeeded in highlighting International Men’s Day and brought to attention issues surrounding men’s and boys’ health as well as gender equality.
