New firm Regency Residential has announced that Michael Fenlon has joined as sales and marketing director. Tara Homayounbod has been appointed as marketing manager
Farebrother has recruited Tom Swanson as a partner in its investment team. He was previously a director in JLL’s City investment team and has more than 10 years’ experience in the sector.
Alan Clark has been appointed as development director at Knight Property Group. He will manage the firm’s growing portfolio in the central belt of Scotland.
Robert Parr-Head has joined Savills’ development and valuation team in Bristol as a director. Parr-Head has more than 20 years’ experience in the South West property market.
Curson Sowerby Partners has announced the appointment of Josh Tyler. He will join the retail agency team advising operators, landlords and developers in the retail out-of-town market.
Adam McLoughlin has joined OBI Property’s building consultancy team. He will specialise in project management and contract administration across the company’s building portfolio.
Upad.co.uk has hired James Micklethwait, the former head of product development at Rightmove, as an advisory board member to its proptech business.
Carter Jonas has recruited Steven Drennan as a partner in its infrastructure team. He will be based out of the firm’s head office in Chapel Place, London.
Oliver Burns has appointed Alex Holden as managing director. He joins from Linley, where he was commercial director. Prior to this, he was at Edmiston.
Colin McGhee has joined Montagu Evans as an associate in the Glasgow agency team focusing on all office agency services. He was previously at JLL.
Goodwin has hired Matthew Pohlman as a partner in the hospitality and leisure practice in London. He brings extensive international hospitality experience to the role.
James O’Brien has been promoted to director in Bmor’s planning department. He joined the firm in 2013 from a niche management consultancy in France.
GSA has hired Struan Robertson as global head of investment management and as an executive of the group board with immediate effect. Robertson will also become chairman of GSA’s investment committee.
Jonathan Cooper has joined LCP as asset manager. He was previously at GVA Birmingham, where he was a senior surveyor in the property management consultancy. At LCP, Cooper will take on the role of lease advisory surveyor and will focus on the firm’s industrial portfolio.
