Aman Dalvi, previously corporate director of place at Tower Hamlets, has joined the board of directors of Henley Homes Group.
Planning consultancy Boyer has welcomed Jessica Reeves to its Bristol office as a graduate planner on the completion of her master of planning course at the University of the West of England.
Anna Fairclough has returned to JLL as a director in the UK consulting team and Tim Ainsley has become a director in its valuation advisory team. Meanwhile, the company has made three promotions in its Cardiff office, of Matthew Wright and Kathryn Williams to associate director and Jennie Howells (pictured) to senior surveyor. In its Leeds valuation team, JLL has made Jordan Kenefick a senior surveyor and Brett Harrison a chartered surveyor. In Southampton, JLL has added Aiden Murray as a planner.
Pozzoni Architecture’s Andrew Smith and Matt Mason have been promoted to director and senior associate respectively.
Nick Thurston has been promoted from associate to partner in the capital markets team in Knight Frank’s Bristol office.
In six promotions at Malcolm Hollis, Ashley Winter has become head of dilapidations, Chris McCartney is now head of project management and Ben Mack is head of construction design and management. There are also three new office heads: Simon Goodrick (Birmingham), James Key (Bristol) and David McBride (Manchester).
Laura Wiles has joined SDL Auctions Graham Penny as a residential valuer in the East Midlands. She will be working in both Leicester and Nottingham as well as supporting the company’s Birmingham and Stoke offices.
Alternative real estate investment manager Newcore Capital Management has promoted Neil Sarkhel to associate director, investment management, Juliette Chatellier to financial controller and Louise Bulmer to finance manager.
Keryn Bromfield has become a development co-ordinator in Acorn Property Group’s Cardiff office.
Bruton Knowles has made Matthew Goaley an associate in its Birmingham office’s valuation team. The firm has also installed Brendan O’Haire in its Bristol base as valuation surveyor.
Former Arcadis partner Stuart Dick has joined Manchester-based developer Genr8 Developments as development director.
TFT’s new dispute resolution service will be led by technical partner Jon Rowling, who will also head up its dilapidations and service charge business.
Real estate asset and investment manager APAM has promoted Melissa Baldwin to director of operations.
Miles Skinner has been appointed to Invesco Real Estate’s European transactions team. He joins from an eight-year spell with CBRE.
