ING UK has hired Jessica Bell as a director in the London syndicated finance team, responsible for real estate syndications in the Netherlands, Germany, Iberia and Poland.
Justin Cooper has joined newly launched ‘third-generation’ bridging lender Octane Capital as senior business development manager.
GVA has appointed hotel and licensed leisure agency specialist John Coggins as an associate in its hotel and leisure team in Cardiff. Coggins has 10 years’ experience in the leisure property market. He is an associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Linden Homes has recruited construction director Ian Hamilton to its regional Essex-based branch, Linden Homes Eastern. Hamilton brings 27 years’ experience to his new role.
Greg Dickson has joined Barton Willmore as planning director in Manchester after previously working at Turley for 10 years.
Prime Retail has promoted Brad Maher to equity partner. He joined the company as an associate partner in September 2014, having previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield.
See-Beng Ng has become Banda Property’s new head of architecture. Joining from Northacre’s N Studio, he brings with him more than 10 years’ experience in the residential sector and 15 years of practice in architecture.
Origin Housing has named Carol Carter as chief executive. She was previously group director of housing at The Hyde Group. Prior to this, Carter held positions at Circle Housing and various housing associations and local authorities, among other roles.
Jamie Thain and Will Sandwell have joined CKD Galbraith as partner and associate respectively. They will lead the firm’s UK-wide specialist investment agency brokerage service.
Colliers International has announced the appointment of Tim McIntosh, who joins the retail capital markets team as a senior surveyor.
Adrian Barlow has been appointed to the role of national head of real estate at Irwin Mitchell, based in London. Barlow was previously a partner at law firm Pinsent Masons.
James Hemstock has joined Franck-Steier Price in Birmingham as an associate director, focusing on national investment. He joins from the national investment team of JLL.
Keyline has appointed Paul Beaman as its new managing director following the departure of Kieran Griffin, who has taken up the role of managing director at BSS.
Colin McCash has been made partner and head of Cushman & Wakefield’s Scottish valuation team. McCash was previously a partner at Graham + Sibbald.
