David Brackley is a new technical director for Miller Homes

Miller Homes has appointed David Brackley as its new technical director covering the North West region. He will be based out of the firm’s office in Newton Le Willows.
Chris Hayward has been recruited as a non-executive director at Indigo. He will be responsible for providing impartial guidance and direction to the company on a range of London planning matters.
Stewart Milne Group has appointed project manager Haresh Murji to lead the construction of its new homes in the North West.
Lloyds Bank has hired Lisa Dobson as an associate director in its commercial real estate team in Manchester. She joins from RBS, where she led the corporate and commercial realisation team in the north of England and Scotland.
Simon Evans has been appointed as director of construction, development and investment management at Grosvenor Europe. He will be based in Paris and will help drive the firm’s development and investment strategy in continental Europe.
Gerald Eve has expanded its portfolio and asset management capabilities with the recruitment of three senior specialists to its London West End office. Yvonne Smith, Angela Duru and Jennifer Cottle all join as partners, having formerly been directors at Helix Property Advisors.
