Jo Seth-Smith will join OLIM Property as investment manager on 9 May. She was previously a director at Acuitus and prior to that she was at LaSalle Investment Management and JLL.
Indigo Planning has appointed John Brooks as a director and head of the consultancy’s Leeds office. He joins the firm with more than 20 years’ planning and development experience across London, Leeds and the rest of the UK.
McKay Securities has promoted Tom Elliott to executive director with effect from 1 April 2017. He joined the firm in September 2016 as property director following 11 years with Land Securities.
Anthony Waller has been recruited as an associate director in Aitchison Raffety’s business rates division. He will be based in St Albans.
Rapleys has named Steve Sulston as head of strategic land. He joins from Avant Homes, where he was head of strategic land for the Midlands and Yorkshire region.
Humberts has recruited Suzanne Diamond to head up its new lettings department. She has worked in the lettings industry for more than 14 years.
Stephen Profili has been hired as regional managing director for Scotland at Lovell. He will be supported by Adam Forrest, regional operations director; Sarah Freel, regional partnerships director for Scotland; Scott Mercer, regional commercial director; and Helen Dow, regional sales director for Scotland.
Sirius Real Estate has named Justin Atkinson as non-executive director. He was previously chief executive of Keller Group.
Octopus Healthcare has hired Oliver Goodman as property asset manager. He will be involved with the asset primary care properties in the MedicX Fund portfolio.
Turner & Townsend has hired two new directors: Mark Coady, who is responsible for providing cost and commercial management services; and Brian Thompson, who is tasked with further establishing the firm’s presence in the Irish infrastructure market.
Charles Curtis has been made an equity partner of Finn & Co.
Kay Chaldecott has joined Lichfields as a non-executive director. She is a board member of NewRiver REIT and St Modwen Properties.
Bruntwood has appointed Jenna Gibson to the position of community engagement manager for its latest flagship workspace, Neo, located on Portland Street in Manchester.
Pellings has promoted Chris Fadoju and James Green from senior associates to partners. Fadoju heads up a team of building surveyors, project managers and employers’ agents delivering education projects, while Green is a team leader within the firm’s employers’ agents division.
Paul Willmott, currently senior director in CBRE’s London planning team, is joining Bidwells as head of planning in Cambridge. He has more than 25 years’ experience.
