  • Independent property adviser Stiles Harold Williams has made two additions to its Crawley/Gatwick office: Robert Dixon - who was recently appointed a director of the firm - is the new head of business rates, while Paul Wade has been named head of lease advisory.
  • Workspace provider The Instant Group has appointed Charlie Wardroper as senior director to develop its landlord space proposition.
  • Peter Williams has been made an operations director in Lambert Smith Hampton’s Lincoln office. During nearly 30 years at LSH, Williams has headed offices in Milton Keynes, Peterborough and Cambridge.
  • Chris Tanner has been promoted from associate partner to partner at GIA Building Consultancy. He will focus on due diligence and contract work.
  • Capita Real Estate Finance has appointed Niall Brown as its director. He joins the business after an eight-month stint at Laxfield Capital, prior to which he spent more than six years at Lloyds Bank.
  • Blake Horsley has been named as group development director for logistics property investor-developer P3. Horsley was previously the company’s country head for Romania.
  • Doros Theodorou has been appointed to the newly created position of chief commercial officer for MEININGER Hotels. He will be based in London and Berlin.
  • BMO Real Estate Partners has hired Matthew Howard as director, property funds. Howard, who joins from Hermes Investment Management, will assume responsibility for the Royal Sun Alliance Shareholders Fund.
  • Property consultancy Gateley Hamer has appointed James Dewey as head of compulsory purchase. He joins from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was partner. Prior to that, he worked for Deloitte, Drivers Jonas and DTZ.
  • Shawbrook Bank has hired Vicky Pearce and Dean Linklater as business development managers in its residential mortgages team. They have 15 and 20 years’ experience in the financial sector respectively.
  • Richard Belgrave has been promoted from managing director of proptech firm Leverton’s UK operations to head of Europe.
  • Ben Robinson has joined Crickmay Chartered Surveyors’ team of registered valuers at its office in Horsham, West Sussex.
  • Industrial development and investment company Chancerygate has appointed Daniel March to its North West team as project manager. The former Lambert Smith Hampton senior building surveyor will be based at the firm’s Warrington office.
  • GVA has appointed Lee Cleeton as head of building operational energy efficiency. He will also support the firm’s sustainability team with health and wellbeing advice. .
