Urban & Civic has hired Jon Di-Stefano, chief executive of Telford Homes, as a non-executive director and a member of its audit committee.
Chartered surveyor Patrick Lowther has been made associate director at property healthcare investor Assura. Lowther joins the Warrington-based investment trust after eight years at Savills Investment Management.
