South East adviser Stiles Harold Williams has expanded its investment team with the addition of existing partner Charles Bramly
Bramly has been with the firm 20 years, and has returned to the Brighton office from the Eastbourne office where staff numbers tripled during his tenure. He first joined SHW to work with Nick Bradbeer in the investment department, and now re-joins him to expand the service that Bradbeer has headed up since 1989.
Notable deals agreed by the office recently include the sale of a 16,060 sq ft office building for a Geneva-based investment client. The property was fully let to Sussex Ambulance Service at an annual rent of £149,000 and the buyer, a South East-based investor, paid a price of £2.3m for the freehold interest.
Commenting on opportunities in his new role, Bramly said: “The greatest dynamism is in offices, where rights to convert offices into flats enables office owners to benefit by either selling for residential conversion, or to enjoy increasing office rents with office supply anticipated to fall for some time.”
